Postage and Returns Policy

Postage

Bubcarrier offers FREE Australia-wide postage on all orders over $75.00.

For orders under $75.00 a small $6.00 postage and packaging charge will be applied.

Most orders are dispatched the same day (Mon-Fri) however under exceptional circumstances it may take up to 2 business days to send your item. Delivery usually takes between 2-10 days depending where you live in Australia and you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. We usually send orders using Australia post, however we may choose a more suitable courier if the products in your order and/or your location make it more economical to use an alternative shipping method. 

Returns Policy

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item and you notify us within 14 days of your purchase we will provide a full refund including delivery costs or replacement. Please call us on 02 8324 6518 or email info@bubcarrier.com.au organise a return & replacement

Unfortunately are unable to provide 'change of mind' refunds, however we maybe able to offer store credit or an exchange if you notify us within 7 days of purchase and return the item unused, in its original packaging and in 'as new' condition.

All 'change of mind' exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee and are subject to approval. No shipping costs will be refunded for change of mind exchanges.

Product Warranty

Every product sold on our website is covered by a manufacturers warranty. The warranty period varies between different brands and is usually highlighted in the detailed product description on our website. If you cant find it the information you need or you have a question about the warranty inclusions please contact us.

In the unlikely event that your product develops a fault please contact us to request an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) and return the product to us. Once your product has been received at our warehouse & assessed by us or by our supplier as faulty we will provide a replacement, repair or full refund. This may take up to 28 days after receipt of the returned item.

Please Note: This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
