The Hug-a-Bub® Pocket Baby wrap carrier - Extra Huggable combines ancient wisdom and contemporary choices. The Hug-a-Bub Wrap - Extra Huggable has an extra 1 metre fabric length which is suitable for ladies over the size 18 and men over XXXXL. We wouldn't recommend a to buy the Extra Huggable size for dad if the mum is standard size as it would be swimming on mum, larger dads can wear the standard size just tied at the back. The Hug-a-Bub® Wrap allows you to include your baby in daily life and develop closeness with your baby as the wrap is comforting to your bub as they are held in a womb like embrace. The Hug-a-Bub baby wrap carrier provides security and superb ergonomic support for you and bub as it is supported with an extra front pocket which supports even the heaviest bub and the fabric is velvety soft and stretchy.

“In my opinion the Hug-a-Bub® wrap carrier is by far the best design, the straps are wide and pass over both shoulders, distributing the weight evenly across the whole back and preventing any one area of the spine from being placed under more strain than another. The Hug-a-Bub® Wrap carrier also has a wide hip strap, which is really important, as it means that the pelvis – rather than the spine – takes the weight” Coby Langford, Paediatrician Osteopath
How to wear your Hug-a-Bub wrap carrier?
Learning to use a Hug-a-bub® compared to using a sling is not unlike learning to tie laced-shoes for the first time. There is a simple tying method that, once learned, will ensure you get optimum comfort and support from the Hug-a-bub®. It may require a little patience during the first 1 or 2 practices, but once you are use to it, it will become second nature. Please watch the Product Videos Tab for instructional You Tube links for tying techniques and wearing positions.
